1. Who we are
Junior Trader Academy is an online educational service operated by Muhammad Aamir Jamal in Pakistan. References to “we”, “us”, or “the Academy” mean this service and its operator.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, purchasing access, or using a course, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Trading Risk Disclaimer. You must provide accurate information. Users under 18 may use the Academy only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The Academy is not a brokerage, exchange, investment adviser, or signal provider.
3. Accounts
Your account is personal. Keep your password and verification links confidential and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, sharing paid access, or attacks on the service.
4. Courses and access
The first module of each course may be available free. Paid enrollment gives the named student a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the purchased course materials. We may improve lessons, assessments, or technical features while preserving the substance of purchased access. Availability may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or events beyond reasonable control.
5. Payments
Prices and accepted methods are shown before enrollment. Local manual payments remain pending until verified. Card payments, when enabled, will be handled by an authorized payment provider; the Academy will not ask students to send card numbers, PINs, OTPs, passwords, or banking login details. Students are responsible for accurate payment references and any lawful taxes or charges applicable to them.
6. Assessments and certificates
Certificates recognize completion of Academy course requirements; they are not academic degrees, professional licenses, regulatory approvals, or guarantees of competence or income. We may verify identity, completion, and assessment records before issuance and may revoke a certificate obtained through fraud, impersonation, or serious rule violations.
7. Intellectual property
Course text, design, quizzes, downloads, branding, and videos are owned by or licensed to the Academy. You may use downloads for personal study. You may not reproduce, resell, publish, scrape, record, distribute, or create a competing course from Academy content without written permission.
8. Educational limitation and liability
All content is general education. It is not personal financial, investment, tax, or legal advice and does not recommend a broker, platform, asset, or trade. Markets can cause partial or total loss. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Academy is not responsible for trading losses, decisions based on course content, third-party platforms, or indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Please contact student support first so we can try to resolve a concern fairly. If it cannot be resolved, disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Pakistan, without removing any mandatory consumer right that applies.
10. Changes and contact
Material changes will be dated and, where appropriate, notified through the site or registered email. Questions or formal notices can be submitted through the Student Support page.
